Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At tabl, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel your bookings and receive refunds. By making a booking through our platform, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation by Users
2.1 Standard Bookings

2.2 Monthly/Weekly Passes
- Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before first use: 80% refund
- After first use: No refund (but can transfer to another user)
2.3 Group Bookings (5+ seats)
- Must cancel at least 24 hours in advance for full refund
- 12-24 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through:
- Mobile App: Go to My Bookings → Select booking → Cancel
- Website: Log in → Dashboard → My Bookings → Cancel
- Customer Support: Call +91 80 1234 5678 (10 AM - 7 PM)
Cancellation must be done through official channels only. Refunds will not be processed for cancellations communicated through unofficial means.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Timeline
- Refund is initiated within 24 hours of cancellation approval
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI: 2-3 business days
- Wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, etc.): Instant to 24 hours
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
4.3 Partial Refunds
For partial refunds, the refund amount is calculated based on:
- Original booking amount
- Time of cancellation
- Any applicable platform fees (waived in most cases)
5. Cancellation by Library
In rare cases where a library partner needs to cancel your booking:
- You will receive a 100% full refund
- We will help you find an alternative library
- You may receive a discount coupon for future bookings
- If no alternative is available, refund includes compensation credit
6. Force Majeure
In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, pandemic, etc.):
- Full refund will be provided if library is closed
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days
- You may opt for a credit note instead of cash refund
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund was processed incorrectly:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the refund
- Provide booking ID and relevant details
- Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
- If valid, we will process the correction immediately
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Promotional credits or discount vouchers
- Referral bonuses
- Membership fees (after usage has begun)
- Late check-out fees
- Damage charges

10. Policy Changes
